Warranty

All bought products you can be returned within 14 days after purchase if you decide. The product must not be used, worn or damaged.

Every product is under 2 years warranty.

 

Returns

Outside of 14 days return you can return the goods after this period only if you found out any problem with quality or functionality. The problem must not be caused by inappropriate using or damaging by yourself.

 

How the returns works?

2) Delivery of the claimed products

a) personally at our adress (Stadion U Nisy)

b) ship it to our store (FC SLOVAN LIBEREC a.s.,Na Hradbách 1300/17, 460 01 Liberec ) with cover/info letter (what is the problem, order no./copy of bill, contact, ...)

 

3) Resolution of the return

- immediately when we recieve the goods we forward it to our supplier who is gonna check the problem and let us know within 20-30 days if the return is eligible or not, if the supplier confirm fault on their side than you can choose product replacement or money refund
